"For what price? My...freedom? To go with that I'm going to have to spend a night at your place." Jericho offered. "And I'll tell you everything."

Sera shifted in her seat, all too nervous. She could see that this nightmare had her right where he wanted her. It was either betray all she had been told for the past six years, or be that much farther from finding Luke's killer. Sera, to her irritation, found her eyes watering in the corner, and she quickly wiped the back of her hand against her cheeks to hide them. "...Fine. I'll do it." She snapped, looking defeated. "But we have to wait for a good time to sneak you out."

"Agreed. I'll tell you everything once we get out."

"I have to find a way to get my current dream out of the apartment for the night, though. She's already PO'd at me for not instantly shooting my own nightmare, and if she found out I was inviting one to stay the night I think she'd skin me alive." Sera crossed her arms, looking away.

"Interesting. Understood as well. Maybe you can plan to sleep over at another's dorm, but get sick and tell Lucy to go on ahead."

Sera thought for a second and shook her head. "Lucy isn't the social bug. Hm... none of us have a whole lot of purple. I could ask her if we could go shopping and back out." She said, before pulling out her phone and texting Lucy.

Lucy looked at her phone and groaned. She texted back. "Today? I found a few things in my closet. It can wait until the weekend I think." She hung her head over the side of her bed, bored, but not wanting to go to class. Everyone saw her get food dumped on her, and she wasn't looking for any taunting.

Jericho sat back and yelped slightly. He cursed in his mind, looking down at the jacket.

Sera frowned. She thought for a second and responded Sorry Luce, but I went to the nurse after the fight since I wasn't feeling well. I think the frog thing earlier really got to me, because my temp's super hot. She told me that I had to find some way to get you out of the dorm for a while since she doesn't want you getting sick either. I didn't want to be rude or anything about it, but you can't be in the dorm.

Lucy huffed. "Where the hell am I supposed to stay?"

Umm, a friend's? Maybe just... not be in the dorm for the night? I'm sure its just a little funk. I'll be better by tomorrow, promise. Sera closed her phone and said to Jericho "She's reluctant... I think she'll give in though."

'If you haven't noticed, Sera. I have no friends.' Lucy sent the text and huffed.

Sera audibly sighed, biting her lip. Don't be such a debbie downer. Make some! Go to the mall for a few hours! Read in the courtyard! Idk, but the nurse made it clear that the dorm had to be empty. She had a worried thought that Lucy would stay put, and that she'd never get the vital information. Her heart sunk at the mere thought of it.

"Now, all we need to do is get me out of here before this pain goes to my head." Jericho sighed.

"Making friends?" Lucy huffed. She didn't text Sera back, just stood and left the room angrily. "I'll sleep in a tree or something." she huffed as she stepped out into the courtyard. No one was there. Perfect. She grabbed a tree branch and swung up, not caring that she was in a dress and in a tree. She kept climbing until she got to a thick branch that she could lay down on. She let her leg dangle over the side as she read her book.
